The student is entitled to:

  1. A) has received a scholarly education;
  2. B) Take part in scientific research;
  3. C) to use university material-technical, library, information and other means in equal terms with the university statutes, regulations and regulations;
  4. D) to choose a representative and to be elected in student self-government by secret ballot on the basis of universal, direct and equal elections;

  7. G) transfer to secondary education institutions from the second year of instruction in accordance with Georgian legislation and university statutes and the rule of transferring state financing is determined by the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia

  9. I) Scholarship, financial or material assistance, other benefits from the state, university or other sources in accordance with the legislation of Georgia and the university;

  11. K) Take part in the elaboration of an individual education program;
  12. M) to periodically assess the work of academic personnel;
  13. M) Exercise other powers granted by this Statute and the Georgian legislation.
  14. The student is obliged to:
  15. A) Under the program established by the university, learn the subject that is chosen and whose studies are mandatory;
  16. B) Definitely follow the requirements of the University Charter, Regulations and Internal Regulations;
  17. C) strictly follow the obligations undertaken by the treaties with the university;
  18. D) Definitely follow the Principles and Requirements of the University Code of Ethics;
  19. E) to protect and take care of the property of the university, material-technical means;
  20. F) Protect ecological, sanitation, fire safety and other general safety norms.
